2. Orders and Payment

Orders require 50% deposit. Final payment due upon completion. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Completion Time

Standard completion time is 7-10 business days. Rush services available for additional fee.

4. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee satisfaction with our workmanship. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom work in progress cannot be cancelled.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the framing service provided. We are not responsible for damage to original artwork due to age or condition.
